1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Healthy Returns platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
2. Nature of the platform
The Platform is a clinical forecasting and intelligence service. It is:
- Not a gambling service. No real money is wagered or won. Participation earns no financial reward. The Platform is a reputation and intelligence tool.
- Not financial advice. Forecasts, probability estimates, and community signals on the Platform are expressions of expert judgment only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or medical advice.
- Not a clinical decision-making tool. Aggregate forecasts should not be used to inform clinical decisions for individual patients.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Verified clinician status is granted at the sole discretion of Healthy Returns and requires evidence of current registration with a relevant professional body. Providing false information to obtain verification is grounds for immediate account termination.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit forecasts or information you know to be false or misleading.
- Attempt to manipulate community signals through coordinated or artificial activity.
- Access the Platform through automated means without prior written consent.
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional credentials.
5. Your content
By submitting forecasts, rationale, or any other content to the Platform, you grant Healthy Returns a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and aggregate that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, including publication of anonymised or aggregated research findings. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, methodology, software, and original content, is owned by Healthy Returns Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Returns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or whose continued use is otherwise determined to be harmful to the Platform or its community — at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
